New Digital Strategy and Marketing Leadership Appointed to Propeople’s Global Executive Team

Propeople, a full service agency for the digital age, today announced that it is expanding its Global Executive Team with the appointment of two new positions – Gus Murray as Global Chief Digital Strategy Officer, and Troels Feodor Nielsen as Global Chief Marketing Officer. Both Gus and Troels will help to steer Propeople’s strategic initiatives in current and future markets.

As Global Chief Digital Strategy Officer, Australian Gus Murray will be responsible for Digital Strategy Solutions and Products. Gus comes from a Nordic Leadership position at DigitasLBi, a global marketing and technology agency, where he led a large digital media team with a focus on digital strategy, analytics and social media. Gus worked directly with many of the agency’s major accounts, including Volvo, ISS, Tetra Pak, Nordic Choice Hotels and Widex.

Regarding his appointment, Gus Murray said that ,“Propeople fills a gap in the market. In his role as Global Chief Marketing Officer, Troels Feodor Nielsen will focus on developing, executing, and overseeing go-to-market strategies for Propeople at a global level. Troels most recently served as Head of Marketing Operations & Digital Marketing at Tradeshift, a business network and invoicing platform with active users in more than 190 countries. Previous to that, Troels was a Brand Advisor at inq, working with important customers such as Nike, Nike 6.0, Peak Performance, Levi’s, Oakley, and HTC.
