Intellecta-owned ISBIT GAMES signed an agreement with Deep Silver – acclaimed publisher of best-selling AAA-brands Dead Island, Saints Row, Homefront and Metro. Deep Silver will publish and market ISBIT GAMES’ next two mobile games, the first of which is scheduled to be released in Q2 2015.

Stockholm/Hamburg, February 2nd, 2015 – While the deal itself has been closed with Munich-based premium games publisher Deep Silver, support and marketing of the associated titles will be handled by Hamburg-based mobile specialists Deep Silver FISHLABS. Under the agreement, ISBIT GAMES will be compensated for the development of the games and the two companies will subsequently share revenue from initial sales, in-app purchases and sales of ad placements.

Robert Andersson, CEO of ISBIT GAMES, says: “It’s fun and inspiring to be working with one of the world’s biggest game publishers. We entered into a dialogue with Deep Silver back in autumn and quickly saw that we complemented each other well.”

Andreas Stecher, Director of Business Development and Sales at Deep Silver FISHLABS, says: “ISBIT GAMES combines amazing talent with a creative and innovative way of doing things. We are very pleased with this partnership and see great opportunities.”

The first of the two games, a social media “duelling” game called Clashtag, is scheduled for launch in Q2 2015. A second title, which has yet to be announced officially, will follow at the end of the year.
